RNJC owns and is set on 72,000,000 sq. ft. of serene forested land planted with a variety of carbon credit entitled mature forest trees within easy motoring distance from Shanghai. The land is valued at a minimum of US$720,000,000 - not including the value of the Chinese Government's horse racing license, United Nations Certified Eco Tourism destination status and carbon credit entitlements. To date, ninety percent (90%) of the time consuming eco tourism (forestry) component of RNJC has been completed and upon final completion of the race course and supporting equestrian facilities, RNJC’s horse racing programs will be officially opened to Richman's members and the public.
