Honestly, the world was a better place when one Dan Weisman, and one Dan Weisman alone, was known. That was myself, the original Dan Weisman. Not that I'm hung up on identity, BUT, and a big but, it seemed only right that I carried this name to its appropriate destination point of notable achievement. However, the name game happens to many of us, so I'm not taking it too personally at this point. Credentials, I got me a few. Those familiar with high octane private schools will recognize my graduation from Horace Mann School at Riverdale, N.Y. as portending greatness. Then, I broked with HM Ivy League tradition and headed south to Rice University. Honors graduate and all that. A masters degree in U.S. history successfully negotiated from The University of Wiscoosin-Madison, one of the premier programs in America, I was ready...For what? For nothing much actually.
