I’m currently doing my 3rd year of studying motion picture and majoring in cinematography at AFDA. I also have a history in acting and theatre, which I am also very passionate about. My current interests are writing, music, poetry, directing and film making. I am also a freelance editor for various organisations and companies. My passion lies in empowering our societies as well as raising awareness. I wish to reach enlightenment and help others do the same.

My mission

I would like the rest of the world to join me in unearthing the true gold of Africa and its richness, which is still hidden. I want to create films that reflect the true cultural reality of Africans. We need to tell stories about our heroes and legendary people. Africa needs to celebrate our existence and share the celebration with the world. I also want to join Africa in the struggle for social transformation and revolution. The struggle against HIV/ AIDS, poverty, war and famine can only be fought when people are being educated. Through the media, film making and documentaries we can shape and mould our people into a better society. We can encourage greater values and ideas by creating a better vision for our world. The one way which this can be done is to show society who we are so that they may decide what it is they want to be as well as what it is that they want to change about their world.

Be the change that you want to see
