Sailing and racing in two of the best sailing venues in the US, Joe enjoys every minute on the water in both Milwaukee, WI on Lake Michigan and Annapolis, MD on the Chesapeake Bay.  

Joe owns a Ranger 26 with his father Todd Fillingham in Milwaukee, his home town, and competes on a Farr 36, solings, and his own 470. 

When on the 
Bay, Joe competes on a J35 in the Annapolis one design fleet.  Joe has taught sailing at all levels and for all ages at the Milwaukee Community Sailing Center.  For more information on Joe's teams and sailing venues follow the links below.
