open new image 550 x 550 

frame 1 75% 

waves 2 and 3 50% 

sand boarder 1 50% 

seaweed 1 100% 

seaweed 3 75% 

siren 23 and 12 50% 

oyster bed 40% 

bubbles 75% and 30% 

anchor 40% rotate right 10 

shell 9 40% 

fish 3 and 2 20% 

crab 20%

pearl bling 50% 

apply drop shadow to each layer 

merge 

paper 13 70% apply wsl mask 228 

merge 

add name and copyright 

save as a jpeg or png
