open new image 550 x 550 

frame 4 70% paper inside frame paper 30 50%

flower doodle 1 and 2 70% rotate 1 right 20 and mirror the other one 

flower 6 55% and 40% 

flower 3 40% duplicate 

ribbon set 2 60% 

diamond sun 50% 

heart lock 3 15% 

add tube 

add name and copyright 

add drop shadow to each layer and merge 

glitter splats 30% to 40% 

now apply dsb flux bright noise 44 merge and paste into AS 

unmerge redo the bright noise 35 merge paste into AS 

unmerge redo the bright noise 52 merge paste into AS 

save as a gif
