supplies needed: psp this tut was done in psp 8 font i used Satisfaction and tube of choice Im using artwork by Ismael Rac with license from HERE and cookie poser by Lisa K from sophisti scraps also Scrapkit is My Hearts Soul kit by Immortal Dreams and is purchased at Sophisti Scraps open new image 600 x 600 frame 7 70% paper 9 50% inside frame wordart 35% flower 7 and 8 30% and 35% flower 1 80% candle 3 50% bow 6 60% doodle 1 70% bow 8 35% add your tube apply drop shadow to each layer merge resize 90% paper 13 85% apply wsl mask 84
