This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

This tutorial was written and created by me on 28th February 2010

supplies needed:

psp this tut was done in psp 8

font i used DT St Patty  also on animation tag St Patricks day by Tom and tube of choice

Im using the fantastic artwork of Tom Hoover with a valid license

Scrapkit is In Gateway to Annwn by Sky Scraps and purchased here 

frame 8 resize to 70% not all layers

E2 element 40%

E26 50%

E43 70% duplicate and mirror 

F11 70% rotate 90

F5 70% duplicate and mirror 

F16 40%

F15 45%

apply the background sky i used or one of your own resize it 90%

add your tubes 

apply drop shadow to layers 

merge you may wish to resize it again 

add your name and copyright drop shadow 

merge 

save as a jpeg or png 

should you wish to animate it like the bottom tag 

copy and paste the layer to AS duplicate it till you have 28 frames 

then apply st pat dancers 

save as a gif
