font i used Passion conflict and tube of choice

new image 600 x 600 

element 26 90%

heart 5 & 6 resize 50%

dentelle 3 90%

frame 14 90%

ribbon 10 

flower 1 and 11 resize 40% to 50%

apply your tube 

add your name and copyright 

drop shadow on all layers 

merge 

paper 16 75% apply Omask 46 

merge 

you may wish to floodfill a layer black

save as a jpeg or png
