font i used satisfaction and tube of choice

new image 600 x 600

frame 1 80%

element 7 resize 120% in center of frame cut off excess

flower 5 40%

element 13 50% 

element 12 50%

element 6 50% 

element 2 80%

cherry blossom 2 80%

element 24 45% 

element 9 and 11 30% and 50% you could colourise some 

ribbon 4 60% 

add your tube 

add your name and copyright

apply drop shadow to each layer 

merge and resize 90%

paper 21 75% apply wsl mask 84

merge 

save as a jpeg or png
