frame 4 90% 

element 29 60% duplicate and rotate 

flower 1 40% and 60% 

flower 3 60% 

ribbon 2 70% 

element 1 90% cut out the center 

add drop shadow to all layers 

merge 

resize 95% 

paper 5 90% apply vix mask 353
