element 34 paste into the frame 

paper 6 60% inside frame also

element 2 ribbon 70%

element 37 50% duplicate and mirror 

element 49 50%

add your tube 

add your name and copyright 

apply drop shadow to each layer 

merge and resize 95% sharpen 

save as a jpeg or png
