supplies needed: psp this tut was done in psp 8 font i used Bank Gothic Light and tube of choice Im using the fantastic artwork of Jessica Dougherty with a valid license go here to purchase tubes and license Scrapkit is Forever Yours by Seven's Scraps and purchased at open new image 600 x 600 frame 14 75% wrap 2 63% flower perch 2 100% mirror rotate 30 flower perch 1 100% corset 2 55% feather 1 100% rotate 30 flower 1 and 2 70% pearl 1 and 4 40% paper 5 60% inside frame kiss 1 and 2 100% apply your tubes apply drop shadow to each layer merge resize 95% paper 13 90% apply wsl mask 254
