that have a working knowledge of PSP
This tutorial was written and created by me on 1st March 2009
supplies needed:
psp this tut was done in psp 8
font i used kattail HMK and tube of choice
Im using the fantastic artwork of Barbara Jensen with a valid license
go here myeroticartistgallery.com to purchase tubes and license
open new image 550 x 550
copy the template below and resize to 90%
Paper 1 65%
click inside the frame paper 2 65%
sticker 6 35%
sticker 3 50%
charm 4 50% mirror
hat 6 40% rotate left 20
double bow 6 30% rotate right 20
apply drop shadow to each layer
merge
paper 6 70% apply monti mask
merge
apply copyright and your name
save as jpeg or as a png if you want a clear background
if you wish to animate your tag then duplicate the mask layer till you have 3 layers then apply bright noise to each of mask layers
