open new image 650 x 650 element 49 50% paper 11 50% inside of frame element 31 60% element 40 40% element 68 50% element 24 15% element 61 60% element 38 40% element 13 30% element 5 15% element 57 30% element 58 27% element 63 60% add tube add your name and copyright apply drop shadow to each layer merge paper 5 apply wsl mask 218
merge save as a jpeg or png animated tut
should you wish to animate this tutorial before merging your image on element 63 apply dsb flux bright noise at 25 merge copy and paste to AS unmerge redo bright noise at 32, and 39 save as a gif |
