 This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP This tutorial was written and created by me on 16th March 2010 supplies needed: psp this tut was done in psp 8 font i used Gismonda and tube of choice i used Jessica Dougherty you can buy the tube at here Scrapkit is Sin City kit by Gothic Inspirations and purchased here at     new image 600 x 600 circle word 70% roulette 80% vegas sign 50% blend mode soft light cards 40% dice 1 100% money clip 40% money bag 40% poker chips 40% boa 85% dice 2 40% add your tube add your name and copyright apply drop shadow to each layer paper 2 75% apply wsl mask 84  merge and resize 90% copy and paste to AS unmerge tag go to vegas sign and change the blend mode to normal merge and copy and paste also to AS so you now have to frames in AS unmerge sign again and change the blend mode to hard light copy and paste to AS you now have 3 frames now save as a gif hope you enjoyed the tutorial |
