open new image 550 x 550
frame 1 50% rotate right 20
book aged 40%
black bird 30%
both syringe's 35%
stethoscope 2 40%
sizzors 40% rotate right 20
tape 40% rotate left 20
Dr Evil word art 40% apply paper 9 40%
glitter c1 100%
apply your tube
add name and copyright on your name rotate it 20 to the left
add drop shadow to each layer
merge
paper 13 80% add mask 11
