psp this tut was done in psp 8
font i used TK Doodle and tube of choice

shape paper 1 resize 55%
frame background paper 12 resize 40%
frame paper 20 resize 50% click inside frame modify expand 4 apply tube drop shadow
key 1 resize 20% rotate right 70
bow 1 resize 25% duplicate and mirror
doily 4 resize 25%
doily 1 resize 30%
doily 2 resize 30%
crochet flower 1 and 2 resize 20%
apply drop shadow to each layer
then merge and resize 85% sharpen
apply word art
paper 8 resize 45% apply mask wsl 84
add copyright and your name
save as jpeg or png if you want a clear background
