The Village
The Village of South Walton offers a luxury getaway in a relaxing, upscale beach setting. Shopping and dining are featured on the first floor, and condominiums on the upper floors. Beach access is just across the street. The Village is adjacent to boutique shopping and five-star dining in Rosemary Beach and one of the best local wine bars, Medusa Rouge. There is immediate access to Seacrest's massive 12,000 square foot lagoon style pool as well as the new Village heated pool which is just 100 feet away, and Scenic 30-A's 19 mile walking and biking trail. Complimentary tram service is available to the beach and and the Seacrest pool.

Flip Flops by the Fountain is an oversized junior suite that features a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen area, and dinette table. Flip Flops is located in the Village, adjacent to Rosemary Beach. The beach, pools, and restaurants are all within a short walk. Or, if you prefer, there is complimentary tram transportation to and from the beach and pool, on call. Just call the driver's cell phone and he will pick you up, door to door service, and back again.
