Having participated in several cake decorating courses, most recently with world- renowned cake designer Colette Peters of Colette’s Cakes in New York City, and a Fundamental Pastry Techniques Course at L'Academie de Cuisine, Lara continues to perfect her skills as a cake baker and decorator. She bakes all of her cakes in a licensed kitchen out of her home in Northern VA.
