Fueling your body for your workouts is crucial to attaining your fitness goals, whether you want to lose weight, get in shape, or improve your health.  Try to incorporate a variety of healthy foods into your diet each day.  Remember that calories count! 

  • To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume.
  • To maintain weight, you must balance calorie burn and consumption.
  • To gain weight, you must consume more calories than you burn.

Don't forget: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after workouts to maintain proper hydration!
