 Welcome to room 208! It is going to be an awesome 2009-2010 school year. The first thing you need to know if you are a new student of mine is that the most important thing in this room is learning. Every student who comes into this room will learn. I am excited to get started, there is no time to waste. About me: My name is Britt Pumphrey and I am a graduate of Wichita State University in Wichita, KS. I absolutely love teaching and watching kids expand their knowledge base and expound upon their social skills. I enjoy playing basketball, watching baseball, and reading good books. About Room 208: We are all about learning. Education is a privilege and life is short. We understand that being successful in school opens up opportunities later in life that we may not have otherwise had. The purpose of room 208 is learning, therefore questions are not only encouraged, but required. When we are all asking questions, we will all be learning.
