Welcome to our site for families/students/community
of the Greenwood neighborhood located in Seattle, Washington
This web site will change important information on the left side every Sunday afternoon
Classroom homework/schoolwork assignments will be
posted every week on the left side of this page.
An information sheet comes home on Fridays & Mondays in the Yellow Folder.
Your child will need four folders to come back from home EVERYDAY.
1. work
2. writing (provided)
3. math folder
4. the yellow Parent Folder (provided)
We are a cooperative, collaborative, student directed, family
assisted, contextual/ constructive environment
where our goal is to be life-long learners with
community members visiting the classroom to enrich the learning.
We really need adult volunteers, we need community volunteers,
and we really, really, really need volunteer/tutors in the classroom.
We thank the University of Washington for sending
us volunteers each trimester.
We have Cherry, Jenna, Jennifer, Lauren, and Leah
We help others in need & do "community services".
Our one classroom rule is
"never hurt anyone on the inside or the outside."
The door is always open and we share our learning.
