Welcome to the Ron Paul San Antonio Meetup group. Thank you for your interest in making a difference, and taking a stand for what made America great; Individual Liberty. This site is dedicated to making sure that every member of the group receives the same basic training.
The most important thing we can do now (besides telling everyone we know about Ron Paul) is to participate in the Republican Primaries, which for Texas take place on March 4th, 2008.
Below are the action steps we must take in order to achieve our goal of making Ron Paul the next US President. All you need is a passion and willingness to donate some time. The dedicated organizers of this group will handle the rest. If you are interested in becoming an organizer so you can schedule activities, email Dirk at dirknb@hotmail.com.
1. Attend the Meetups! Collaboration is key. There is strength in numbers.
2. Advertise! Ron Paul is not supported by any giant corporations, he gets his support from "We the People"
* Wear a Ron Paul shirt or button at all times
* Sport the bumper sticker
* When people ask; Tell them!
* If people don't ask; Tell them!
* Distribute business cards
* Go door to door and tell everyone on your block
* Burn DVDs and distribute them
3. Recruit! The ultimate goal of advertising is to encourage and stimulate others to become active supporters.
4. Vote! On March 4th, 2008, we will have enough active participants to dominate every precinct in Bexar County!
