About Me

Hello. My name is Ronald Lew.  I graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Computer Engineering.  On my free time, I like to exercise at 24 hour fitness, play video games, play board games, and code in my favorite programming languages.

Projects in progress

• Food review website - A website powered by Drupal the Open Source CMS.  It is a website where users can submit reviews and vote on their favorite Asian snacks and drinks.  The website address is http://www.youtasteit.com.
  
• Android - A lightweight application or game sounds like a good idea.

Projects in brainstorming

• AppEngine - I just received my invitation. Brainstorming will commence.

 Projects on hold

• Picture Puzzle - A puzzle game written in python where a picture is scrambled into 16 pieces and the player must assemble it back together.  It is still a work in progress. For a more detailed explanation, go here.  Source files can be downloaded here while the pygame entry is found here.
  

• Video Poker - A video poker game written in C++.  It was my first programming project written many years ago when I was still very inexperienced.  Needless to say, I will not distribute the source since the code is horrendously sloppy.  I will post the executable file as soon as I find my Visual Studio C++ cd. 
• Facebook - I was planning an application but Android and AppEngine looks more fun and promising at the moment.
