RECIPE

Balls with  plums
Favorite  desert  in  late  summer  and  fall, when  the season  of  richness  and  fruits  visit  us. Tasty  and  nutritious  can  be  served  hot or  cold  and  the amount  of  sugar  each can  lay  as  he  likes.

1.5 kg  red  potatoes

300g  flour

3  eggs

1 kg  of  small  plums

cinnamon

500 g  powder biscuits

100 ml  of  sunflower oil

salt

Wash  the  potatoes  well  and  boil  them  in the shell, then  clean them  and  mix  well  with  flour, eggs  and salt, making  the  composition  a little  more  soft  than  a  usual  dough. Roll  the  dough  with  the  diameter  of  5 cm  and  then  cut  slices  of  1 cm. From  a slice  make  a  ball  with  your  hands  and  in  the  middle  put  a  plum  and give it  to  the  flour. Place  the  balls  in  boiling water  in  a  bigger  pot  with salt  and  mix  easily  with  a  palette, because  the  balls  do  not  stick to  bottom  of  the  pot. Boil  about  20 minutes. When cooked remove then  and  drain.

Separately  in  hot  oil  put  the  dust  of  biscuits  and  fries  them  a  little. When  it  is  cool  put  the  cinnamon. Passes  one  ball  through this  composition. At s erved (served hot or cold) you  may  add  the  powder  of  biscuits  over  the  balls  and  sugar  to  your  taste.
