This section of the site will collect notes and articles relating to the Java platform; not just the Java programming language, but also the virtual machine, libraries, frameworks, containers and servers.  Initially I will probably also include material on the new JVM-based languages (e.g. JRuby, Scala) here, but those languages may grow their own categories.
