 ***PREMIUM UNIT***This is a deluxe 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo on the 4th floor of the east tower inside the resort. This resort is located on the very popular Sandy beach in Rocky Point. This resort enjoys first class amenities like beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzi’s, BBQ’s, a restaurant, bar, spa, state of the art fitness center and even a convenience store. This unit can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably. The living room has been decorated in Tommy Bahama décor that consists of a large tan sectional sofa with a matching ottoman. Part of the sofa folds out to a bed for two guests. There is a large rectangular mirror with rounded corners that opens up the room to feel even bigger and more spacious. The sliding glass doors collapse into each other to open up the room to the terrace. There is a massive oak wood entertainment center which features a 50” flat screen TV. VCR, and BOSE stereo system. This unit has all the bells and whistles. You should also know that the unit comes equipped with free cable and wireless internet. The dining room has a large oval shaped wood table with seating for four. There is a lovely lighted chandelier hanging from the ceiling that illuminates the dining area. Behind the dining room there is a piece of art that brightens the room with color. There are many tropical plants strategically place around the great room which give a very tropical feel. The kitchen has dark oak cabinets with plant shelves above. The counter tops are a neutral colored granite with a matching granite back splash. All the appliances are white which include a built in microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. There are also many small counter top appliances like a toaster, spice rack, coffee maker and blender. You will find all the items needed to make a gourmet meal or entertain guests within the drawers, cabinets and pantry. There is also a bar built into the kitchen lined with bar stools. The bar is perfect for a quick midday meal or as additional guest seating. The master bedroom is huge and features a wood framed king size pillow top bed. There are matching bed side tables, a dresser and an additional seating area with a tan suede chair. The seating area is located right next to the sliding glass doors that lead to the terrace. You can leave the door open at night and lull yourself to sleep with the sounds of the waves. There is a massive armoire across from the bed which has a TV and DVD player inside. The closet has full length mirrored doors with plenty of room to store your clothing. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity made of marble and plenty of counter space. The shower is made of marble and there is a also a tub below. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed on a light wood colored bed. The wall behind the bed is painted a sky blue which really brings out the colors in the bedding. There is one bed side table, an armoire, and a bench at the end of the bed. The closet has full length mirrored doors which make the room feel large and spacious. The 2nd bathroom has a single sink marble vanity and a tub / shower combo covered with a curtain enclosure. The 3rd bedroom is painted a warm sunshine yellow and has a four poster queen size bed. The bedding is white with green and brown palm trees. There is a bed side table, dresser and an entertainment stand across from the bed. The entertainment stand holds a TV and a DVD player. There are many plants and Tommy Bahama prints scattered throughout the room. The hall bathroom has a large marble vanity with one sink and a tub / shower combo . The terrace is the best place in the house. The terrace has been furnished with a dining table and chairs so that you never miss the opportunity to dine with a sunset over the Sea of Cortez.
