This majestic 2 story, 5 bathroom, 5 bedroom plus, beachfront home is located 1 mile East of Playa Encanto on a secluded beach. VONAGE PHONE AND WIRELESS INTERNET NOW AVAILABLE FOR RENTERS. You enter the home through a gorgeous courtyard, with a garden patio and a private swimming pool, gas grill plenty of tables and seating. The house features 2 master bedrooms, each with a king size bed and a daybed. Two bedrooms have queen size and a twin size each. The fifth bedroom has a daybed. The upstairs loft has plenty of sleeping area with rollaway beds and futons. The TV room has satellite TV, plenty of DVDs and videos. This can also be use for extra sleeping area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, commercial stove with 6 burners, a flat griddle and two ovens. There are 1 large refrigerator, plenty of counter space with a blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pots and many cooking utensils. This is a great kitchen for your cooking pleasure. On the Oceanside there is a full length patio with plenty of lounge chairs, a charcoal BBQ grill and two palapas to sit under and watch the amazing sunsets. There is a walkway down to the beach and a fire pit. there are two fireplaces, one inside and one outside. The entire house is run off solar power and generators. There is AC available for a daily fee of $100.00. This is a great house to get away and relax with friends and family. For Weddings, Reunions, Bachelor parties etc. there is an extra charge of $500.00 dlls. OWNER REQUEST- NO FIREWORKS. MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS RENTAL IN SEASON (MARCH THRU JUNE AND OCTOBER-NOVEMBER).
