Premium Unit 2 bedroom 2 bath, 2 queens, 1 sofa bed, sleeps 6, ocean front, ground floor, ABOVE STANDARD You have entered a resort full of enchantment and
relaxation. The Princessa is set up like an arced enclave to maximize all the
wonderful ocean views. Within the center of the enclave there is a beautiful
red brick courtyard with lots of grass and exotic flowers paving each of the
paths to the tpwers. The resort has a beautiful clear swimming pool that
touches the beach as well as many shaded palm tree palapas that hover over the
lounge chairs where you can retreat from sun exposure. The resort also includes
a wonderful gym where you can get a great workout and a sand volleyball court. Behind
the E tower there is Agave Cantina where you can get a meal and have a beer.
The resort is very safe and secure as there is 24 hour security on the
premises. You can check in to the resort at the on site
office. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of
the C Tower. The condo has an ocean view and can sleep 6 people; 2 in each of
the bedrooms and two in the living room on the sofa bed. In the living room
there are two dark brown fabric covered pillow top sofas. There is a dark wood
and glass topped coffee table, end tables and a media stand. The media stand
has a large TV, VCR and a plenty of movies. You will have cable television as
well as wireless internet so that you are always within reach to friends and
family back home. The patio can be accessed through the living room. The dining
room is furnished with a round wood table and four chairs. The walls behind the
dining room table have two rustic floral art prints and above the table there
is a gold chandelier that lights the area. The kitchen has white ceramic tiled
counter tops with white cabinets and white on white appliances. The kitchen has
everything you would have at home with exception of the food and beverages.
Beneath the kitchen counter bar are three black leather and wood bar stools.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with light maple wood arched head board
and plaid gray and tan bedding. The room has two black trimmed wood bed side
tables with reading lamps. Above each of the bed side tables is a wrought iron
art piece hung on the wall. The room has a view window with a double door
closet on each side. There is a smaller double door cabinet below that can be
used for storage as well. There is a console table across from the bed with a
small TV. The master bathroom has an arched entry where the single sink mirrored
vanity is. If you walk through the door you will find the private tub, shower
and commode. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a bamboo wood
arched head board and cream colored bedding. The room has a set of wood with
brown paint trim bed side tables equipped with reading lamps. The room has a
large double door closet and a window that looks out to the condo entrance. The
hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with a walk in shower and toilet. The
patio has a square shaped glass top table and four tan colored chairs. You could
have a meal outside while watching the sunrise or sunset. You could also pull
up a chaise lounge and catch rays until you can’t take it anymore. The condo
also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will be very
happy staying in this condo. |
