***ABOVE STANDARD***The Princessa de Penasco is one of the most quaint and
beautiful resorts on Sandy Beach. This resort has a beautiful beach front
swimming pool, kid’s pool, Jacuzzi and a state of the art fitness center. The
resort also has another pool in the back of the complex. You can lay under the
palapas on the resort lounge chairs or sunbathe by the pool. The resort also
has a restaurant and bar called Agave and an on-site convenience store in the
check- in office. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations of this
family friendly resort. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located ocean
front on the ground level of the A Tower. This condo can sleep 6 people; 2 in
each bedroom and 2 on the queen size sofa sleeper in the family room. The family
room has been furnished very elegantly with a large tan leather sofa, matching
leather love seat, coffee table chest, lighted end table and a media cabinet. The
media cabinet has a large TV, CD player, radio, and stereo. The condo comes
equipped with high speed wireless internet. The dining room has a large birch
colored rectangular dining table that seats 6. The dining room is illuminated
by the beautiful chandelier that hangs above the table. The kitchen has white
cabinets, white on white appliances and ceramic tile topped counter tops. The kitchen
has a built-in breakfast bar lined with three stripe cushioned bar stools. The kitchen
has all the necessary tools to create a beautiful meal. You will just need to
bring the food and beverages. The master bedroom has a king size black wrought
iron bed with pale blue and cream hibiscus flower bedding. The room has two
lighted bed side tables, and a dresser with a wall mounted flat screen TV
above. There is a window that looks out to the ocean and a small closet on each
side of the window. The bathroom has an arched entry with a single sink vanity
walk in shower and tub. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with
blue striped bedding. The room has two lighted bed stands and a dresser with a
TV. The room has a closet to hang your clothes and a window that looks out to
the condo entry. The 2nd bathroom can be accessed through the
hallway. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower with a single sink
vanity and commode. The patio has a glass top table and four chairs. You could
really have a beautiful sunset meal and listen to the sounds of the tide
rolling in and out. The condo also has a washer,dryer and ceiling fans
throughout. You will be very pleased with the comfort and luxury in this condo.
