MEMO To: The Rockefeller College Community From: Rockefeller Gala Planning Committee RE: The Gala & Awards Celebration! Date: April 24, 2009 8 PM till? Rockefeller College Student Organizations of PASA (Public Affairs Student Association) and GAPS (not the store-Graduate Association of Political Science) are delighted to announce the Annual Gala & Awards Celebration! By the end of this website the Committee will: transmit enough information about the event, detail ticket purchasing opportunities and dispel any myths, misconceptions and minor rumors about the event. Event Information. The Gala & Awards Celebration will be held at Elda’s on Lark (corner of State & Lark) from 8 PM until you are tired of dancing (or 12 PM whichever comes first!) The Committee is asking for a $50 donation to cover the cost of the event. This will include a bar (8 PM to 10 PM drinks are free, afterwards there will be a subsidized rate), hot hors d’oeuvres, and all the desserts you can consume. The evening entertainment will include Awards to Faculty, Staff & Students alike rounded out with a selection of original skits depicting “life” at Rockefeller College. Then we will roll up the carpet and hit the dance floor! Ticket Purchasing Opportunities.
