Donations

We work dilligently to make our collection the best possible for our students. We do not accept donations of used books but we have a wish list on Amazon.com that we update regularly to reflect our current needs.   Click here to view our Wishlist.

Volunteer

There are several ways to volunteer at EAHS:

Encourage students to read

The best way to improve reading is by reading. Even children's books are better for building vocaulary than television. Reading for pleasure makes students better readers and writers.

Serve on our Board or join a committe

Our board meets four times per year and is made up of community members, students, faculty, administration and the librarian. There are a variety of committes that meet, email or call the libary for more information.

Participate in our book clubs and programs

When students see others read, it motivates them to read more. For more information about current book clubs and programs please email or call the library.

Model Reader

Our new Model Reader program pairs a volunteer with a student after school to read together. For more information, please contact us.

Attend our monthly meetings

We host monthly meetings and special events every Thursday evening. Please contact the library for information about our latest happenings.
