My Blog I think a blog would be a great way for a school or a teacher to communicate with the community. This is the beginnings of a blog that I have recently started. Because a blog is easy to update, it would be easy to share daily classroom or school-wide happenings. I would add a link to a podcast of daily announcements so that parents would hear the same announcements their children did and know what is going on in the classroom or school.
A resource wikispace for our recent staff development Wikis are extremely easy to use. I developed this one for our recent staff development. I am also using wikis to track computer repairs, attendance at workshops and for collecting curriculum resources.
A wikispace about watercycles Our third grade students study watercycles. This is a wikispace with movies I "harvested" from youtube to help our students learn about this topic.
Enjoy these resource pages. If you find something that is particularly useful let me know and share it with your friends. If a resource should be removed from the list, let me know.
