I know what it's like to be unemployed and then getting a job that pays less than half of what I used to earn.  I know what it's like to have to tell my kids we can't get this or that because Daddy just doesn't have the money.  It breaks my heart and I know it breaks yours.

What can we little people do about this?  Is there a way out?  Do we have to leave home at 5 A.M. for one job, then at 3 P.M. go to another job and finally get home 11 P.M. to sleep a few hours and then start all over again?  I did that for three years, I was so stressed out  I almost died of a heart attack . To make matters worse my wife had to get two jobs while I was recuperating.  Sure, I took care of the kids the best I could. And we had workmen's comp.  But it wasn't enough to make up for my other part-time paycheck, since workmen's comp was only based on my full-time job.  Well, after two months I went back to my full time job, my wife quit her part-time job and we're right back where we started.

When my buddy, Hank, told me he was going to quit and stay home to work I told him he was irresponsible and lazy.  He said he'd been working nights on an Internet deal and it had already brought in a couple hundred a week and he could make more if he had more time to devote to it.  I said, "a couple hundred a week will still keep you in the poor house."  We need at least $400 a week extra to make ends meet.  He told me he can do that if he just had the time.  I said, "well when you get it all worked out you come and teach me."

Two months later he calls me and asks me and the family to come to dinner.  We go over and have a wonderful meal and a really good time.  Then he says, let me show you something.  We go into his garage which he has converted to an office with a nice desk and files and a fancy lookin' computer.  He turns the computer on and starts to tell me about this system that he became a part of and how all he does is what they show him and for less than $200 dollars he made $1,650  last month, after taxes.

He shows me his statement from the outfit he works with and my eyes couldn't believe it.  He said every time I become an affiliate of some company that makes something that people obviously want and they buy it from my Internet Web Site I get a commission.  All I had  to do was to set up my Web site, sign on as an affiliate of these suppliers, and place their logo's on my web site.  They give you the code and all, and show you how to get it done.  I said Hank, I don't know squat about computers or the Internet or any of that.  He said, "heck, five months ago I didn't know anything either. When have you ever heard me talk about computers, and we've known each other for ten years?"

Well, he told me about everything that he did to get started.  How much it cost for the machine and the monthly Internet charge, etc.  That night I mentioned all this to my wife and she said that Gail had talked to her about it too.  My wife told me that she learned a lot about the Internet and email and word processing in the part-time job she quit.  She said, "maybe we should work with Hank and Gail on weekends to see how it goes.  We need a computer set-up any for the kids and Gail said we could do what they did and get a used one with a 90 day warranty. 

Well, we talked about it for a few more days and I told her to call Gail and test the waters about us learning what they do. It could be a few hours on a weekend.  Long story short. Hank and Gail were delighted that we, as he said, "Saw The Light."

We've been doing this now for six months and Gail is home full time. We make a few hundred more a month than her two jobs combined and I know when we get the other used computer we'll do pretty well with these systems.
