I am a second year Masters of Science in Psychology student at Old Dominion University.      I am interested in the field of I/O Psychology.  I am currently working with Dr. Karin Orvis.  Our research is in the area of game based training.  This research may potentially involve a collaboration with other universities and government agencies.  My research interests are training and development, personnel selection, employee wellness, and Internet behavior.

I received my B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech in May 2007.  While at Virginia Tech, I was an active member of the Center for Applied Behavior Systems led by Dr. E. Scott Geller.  This research group was interested in community safety and college student risk taking behavior.  I was employed at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute.  VTTI is known for its groundbreaking studies in the field of automobile safety and human factors.
