The little gouges are from when I was using a drill press as a fret press, and, for some reason, turned on the drill press with the fret caul installed!  Yeah, I use an arbor press now.  It was tough lesson on using the right tool for the job.

 

Also, I noticed a crack in the fingerboard starting at the end, around the middle.  Most likely it's due to temperature and humidity changes.  Plus, the board could probably use some oil.
