Welcome to the Resources page for Structured Thinking learning.  The materials found here are designed to reinforce the learning provided in my class.  While my classes are customized for each client, the materials here are not client specific.  Please feel free to use them, share them, and learn from them.  Click on the file name at the end of the description to download the file.

Structured Thinking Mentor -- This is a simple PowerPoint template designed to guide you through creating a presentation using the practices learning in the Structured Thinking program.  On each of the following pages, clicking on or rolling over the icon in the top left corner of the page will bring up information to prompt you to consider what information you want on the page and where the page fits into your narrative and Pyramid structure.  (structuredthinkingmentor.pot, 58K)

Crisp Pages -- This pack is an exercise in making pages more concise and cogent.  Participants are asked to:

1)  edit the original to remove redundant words
2)  pull out the governing thought and support it using an argument or grouping
     structure
3)  redraw the exhibit to put this across as clearly as possible.

Stonehedge Decoded -- A classic "find the Pyramid" exercise.

Define the Issue and Communicate the Message worksheets -- PowerPoint versions to help you clarify what you know and how you want to say it.

Mega -- A real-life example (disguised) that provides a complete look at the Structured Thinking process in practice.  From "Define the Issue" all the way through to a completed presentation.
