Rebecca L.A. Wood joined Brashear, Marsh & Assoc., PL in March 2011.  As
an Associate Attorney, Ms. Wood practices primarily real property law.

Much of Ms. Wood's work involves real estate transactions and title
work from the initial purchase agreement through closing. Ms. Wood
provides the full range of advisory, transactional and documentary
support for real estate purchase and sale transactions of all kinds,
including sale-by-owner transactions, condo or town home sales, and
sales from decedents' estates. Ms. Wood has years of experience in the
real estate and banking industries, and she knows how to deal with the
tough problems as well as the routine closings.

leases; formation of business entities; SBA loan closings, civil litigation
