| A player may be substituted on any stoppage of play with the permission of the official. This includes but, is not limited to throw-ins (either team), corner-kicks, goal-kicks, and free kicks. Free and unlimited substitutions are allowed. An official may choose not to allow a substitution if he/she feels the flow of the game will be interrupted unnecessarily. |
