Manager Checklist for Registering

Check-in from 2pm-7pm at the MFSC on Friday.  Teams traveling over 3 hrs are also welcome to check-in 2-3 hours prior to the kick-off of your first match.

#1- Facility Rules
  • Managers need to forward the Michigan Field Sports Complex Rules and Reminders to their parents (Note that No Dogs or pets are allowed).

#2- PREMIUM Parking
  • For your parents who are interested in purchasing a PREMIUM parking pass, they can now do so online.
  • These passes have been limited by the township.
  • These passes are ideal for 11v11 fields and good for 6v6 fields but, we do not recommend them for 8v8 fields.
  • These passes are $10 for cars for the weekend and $25 for RV's.
  • Premium passes are perfect for parents not interested in looking for a parking spot as the lot is large enough to accommodate over 1000 cars.
  • Passes are available for purchase at the gate only.

#3- Tournament Roster (To be completed online).
  • Be sure to complete all information including date of birth.
  • Please print a copy of this roster and bring to check-in.

#4- Laminated Player Cards.
  • Plastic Sleeves are not allowed.
  • Canadian Passbooks are acceptable.

#5- Medical Releases.

  • These forms should be from current league/state and must be checked by staff prior to first game.
  • Medical Release forms must be available for every game but, are to be kept by team manager or coach.
