Martin F. Grace is the James S. Kemper Professor of Risk Management and Insurance at Georgia State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a J.D. from the University of Florida. 

Professor Grace is currently the Associate Director of the Center for Risk Management and Insurance Research   He is a Senior Associate of the Fiscal  Research Program in the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at GSU. 

Professor Grace's current research interests concern insurer and regulatory efficiency and taxation of financial institutions. Professor Grace currently serves as an associate editor of the Journal of Risk and Insurance and is a past president of the Risk Theory Society .
