Dear Partner-in-Purpose,
Irrespective of class, color, economics, religion, upbringing and beliefs, youth in America are in danger of having their lives and futures permanently destroyed by the negative influences, and manipulative forces suppressing their lives today. Whether rich or poor, educated and not, male or female, with parents or without, most specially if they are from a black, latino or foster youth background, they are victims of the choices and climate adults have engendered, and the resources society as a whole, has presented them with.
THE CHALLENGE: "Without empowering spiritual, mental, physical and emotional education, and time-relevant life skill solutions to interrupt this growing epidemic, America's youth will continue falling prey to life choices undermined by sex, drugs, crime, spiritual apathy, murder and death."
Emotionally and spiritually unprepared to manage the complex personal and interpersonal challenges they are forced to confront within themselves, at home, in school, in the community, and before 21st Century digitally growing market and information era, youth are anxiously facing life and its possibilities without knowing they have powerful options and resources available to face adversity and empower change.
THE RESULT: Understandibly, many are experiencing suppressive levels of emotional ill and disconnect,- oftentimes scapegoats to the personal struggles and economic frustrations their parents and guardians are themselves facing. If America's youth are to thrive and not just survive, they must be presented with a bridge where they can develop and pursue life with safety, balance, and dignity.
Despite the growing challenges, there are increasing opportunities. America's youth must not only be encouraged with a spiritually-grounded, God-centered foundation for moral and ethical identification of their own humanity, but they must be presented with the tools that will enable their own potential to emerge. If they are to manage and overcome the challenges the 21st Century is presenting them with, we must help them understand and distinguish the principles of what is humanly and ethically right from wrong, while encouraging diversity, creativity, innovation and education. How we come together to support their lives, future and environment, while presenting a common front of understanding and empowerment, is what will make the difference for us all.

Faith and spirituality in who we are as human beings cannot be left as the responsibility of the public education system. Nor can we expect 20th Century marketers and media conglomerates whose focus relied on "bottom line" earnings to serve as today's models of propriety, integrity, truth and leadership. Raising human consciousness and social conditioning for 21st Century Leadership, belongs to those who care to raise the human conscious potential without regard to the political or self-interest agenda underpinning our existence.
Today, it is crucial all youth be directly exposed to POWERFULLY engaging, non-traditional education and spiritually centered solutions and resourcefulness that foster self confidence, belief in themselves and their purpose in life; - UNTIL NOW... THIS LEVEL OF EDUCATION HAS ONLY BEEN ACCESSIBLE TO A SPECIAL GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFORD ITS COST AND ENGAGE ITS RESOURCES.
Alternative and empowering personal development education that supports individual awareness, insight, responsibility, and action for today's demands must be introduced and made available on a public educational level, if we are to succeed as a society and a nation regarded by the world as a leader and "Super Power."
As the adult-component in their immediate path, you and I can help bridge the gap between "where youth are, and where they CAN Be." As their mentors, it is our priviledged duty to equip them with the intervention and educational structure needed, AND ALREADY AVAILABLE, that will help them see their gifts, opportunity, and resources here in America and consequently, use to reach their God given potential and true calling as human beings, gifted with skills and gifts they alone hold. It is our God-given mission to create this bridge for youth in America, and indirectly for those around the world.

R2W focuses on a structure that will support sustainable change for 21st Century Leadership by providing the most effective resources and education to equip youth and those who care for them with practical knowledge and ongoing exposure and training in:

ARMING YOUTH FOR 21ST CENTURY LEADERSHIP!
A Partnership for Advocacy, Spirituality, and Life Coaching Empowerment
The model launches with Catalysts 4 Change on a mission!
A) Showcasing the Rise 2Win 4 OUR YOUth Movement Strategy - its CORE team partners and network of business catalysts, nonprofit organizations, and faith-based partnerships. Supported via an alliance of life coaching leaders, EXPERT-author educators, visionary entrepreneurs and real-life-hero-role models, this event will present a practical and real-time structure for bringing life coaching resources, youth coaching education, and healing and wellness outlets for effective and permanent change in the lives of youth and the community that cares for them.
B) Providing a line-up of national expert leaders and life coaching partners, the showcase will target youth directly by providing them with a direct coaching and youth empowerment curriculum panel delivery that supports emotional, physical, psychological and physiological engagement and participation. Supporting the twelve to eighteen age range, and those who serve them, attendees will be transported through a wave of emotions;-inspiration, insight, awareness, courage, responsibility, motivation, engagement, empowerment, decision, and vision to support individual change and collective transformation.
C) Closing the day's coaching outline and affirming youth commitment, a percentage of attendes will be invited to enroll as ambassadors-in-training via social enterprise and the act of selfless service and volunteerism. In exchange, those accepted will participate as launching members of the 90-day youth coaching Power 2BeU Youth Coaching Program.
Following the showcase, interested public school educators, career academy counselors, juvenile justice officials, alternative school programming officers, magnet and charter school leaders, afterschool outlet representatives, educators, ministers, parents, volunteers and all individuals who want to be part of positively supporting youth, will have an opportunity to inquire about educational solutions offered by Rise 2Win Programming and its affiliate partners.

PHASE III- THE PROGRAM
(On-Going and Long-Term)
This phase offers a sustainable, on-going curriculum, known as the Power 2Be U Youth Coaching Leadership Program, which consists of a 12-month, immersion-centered training, personal development, character and ethics, social enterprise and leadership, faith-based inspiration, and global outreach vision to support 21st Century Empowerment and Transformation in youth.
This program is offered in partnership with social service education, non profit advocacy, the Rise 2Win Network Alliance and Rise 2Win mission and vision objectives.
PHASE IV-TRANSFORMATION
(Advocacy 4 Change and Adult-Training Empowerment)

YOUth™ EdutrainingAs the most relevant source for continuous youth guidance and empowerment, parents, trainers, educators, social workers and all who care for youth must have access to affordable, solution-focused insight, developments and resources for facing today's challenges with effectiveness and on-target results.
In addition to quarterly, one-day and half-day empowerment seminars, Rise 2Win will provide personal development education and youth coaching resources and solutions that will support and enhance your ongoing personal and professional life. Via web-based presentations with joint venture-industry partners, Author/Coaching EXPERT Tele-Trainings, and digital products and program reproduction curriculum, you will have ongoing and on-demand access via the worldwide web network starting in 2010.
