MONTHLY THEMES:

January: REFLECTIONS

A period of thoughtfulness looking back and reconsidering the intent, dreams and vision that propelled the struggle for independence from colonialism while we explore the endless opportunities and possibilities for national transformation and renaissance.

 

February: TOWARDS EMANCIPATION

With resilience, we will realize fully the dreams and vision of those who toiled and laid down their lives to win our hard-earned freedom.

 

March: FREEDOM MONTH

A march towards freedom is a bold march into ourcollective national destiny; A time of hope and renewal> there can be no turning back.

 

April: OUR NATION, OUR PEOPLE

The proverbial broom symbolizes our strength in diversity, connecting the young and the old, the past and the present, to a promising future.

 

May: OUR WEALTH & OUR PROSPERITY

We are blessed with a land that is rich in gold and diamond, fauna and sauna, rivers and beaches and a friendly climate.

 

June: HEROES OF GHANA

We salute you, our heroes, heroines and martyrs for your courage, dedication, sacrifices, perseverance and leadership in you. We draw our strength, our hope and our aspirations for a better tomorrow.

 

July: AFRICAN UNITY MONTH

Ghana the lode star of black emancipation, the pathfinder and pacesetter of of the continent of Africa, will bring Africa together again to foster the new partnership for the continent's development.

 

August: DIASPORA MONTH

Africans from far and wide, from across the seas, dispersed through slavery or otherwise, come to your ancesteral home for reflections, rejuvenation, reunion and redirection.

 

September: SERVICE TO THE NATION

It is incumbent on all Ghanaians, to contribute positively toward the building of our dear nation. However, is the desire to bring our skills to the service of our nation still a laudable notion in an age of cynicism and prosecution?

 

October: KNOWLEDGE AND GHANA'S DEVELOPMENT

How has Ghana's pre-eminent role in education, which precipitated us to the leadership of Africa's liberation, fared over the past 50 years and what are the prospects for the coming fifty?

 

November: A HEALTHY PEOPLE, A HEALTHY NATION

The wealth and well-being of a country is anchored on putting the skills and dedication of its fit and healthy people to the building of the nation.

 

December: FINAL CURTAIN

We look forward to the challenges that we must seize to ensure that the next fifty years will enable Ghana and Africa to achieve their rightful place as equal partners in global development.
