There is nothing quite like the worship celebrations at Ridgeview Church. Come as you are and when you arrive, grab a cup of coffee in the entryway, and be among friends. The acclaimed Ridgeview Worship Team prepares your heart with pulse-pounding, heart-stopping, and spirit-inspiring live contemporary Christian music every Sunday - every worship celebration. Sunday School is offered for children infant through 5th grade at both morning celebrations. And, on the first Sunday of every month, Ridgeview Church offers a free barbecue lunch. The feast takes place on our downstairs patio where you can take the time to get to know new friends, and enjoy more time with old chums.
What happens when I arrive?
On Sunday mornings at 9:00 & 10:30am Ridgeview offers Sunday School classes for kids infant through 5th grades. After you park, but before you get to the worship entrance, you'll notice a check-in table where you can safely bring your child, check them in securely, and bring them to a Sunday School class for their age. They will learn a Bible lesson based on the current worship message. Middle School students gather in the sanctuary initially and then are dismissed to the Fireplace (room below the sanctuary) after the worship music and announcements. All children are welcome in the sanctuary during both worship messages at 9:00 & 10:30 am. Dress: Please dress how you wish...whatever helps you feel comfortable. Most people dress casually (like jeans and t-shirts, work out clothes, etc.) Coffee: Coffee and snacks are in the foyer/entrance area of the sanctuary. There are restrooms there, and coffee is welcome in the worship services. Barbeque: If it's the first Sunday of the month, enjoy a free barbeque after the 10:30 am worship service just outside the sanctuary. Enjoy! What do the kids do?
Children are encouraged to attend Sunday School, but are also welcome to stay in the sanctuary with their parents. Sunday School classes offer and age-appropriate curriculum which parallels the theme of the sanctuary message. Offered for kids infant through fifth grades. Middle schoolers meet initially in the sanctuary, then are excused to the Youth Director for core teaching. High School and College meet in the sanctuary. |
