A great way to gear up with God and get refreshed! Ridgeview Church has a rhythm of life that is both weekly with worship celebrations on Sunday, and a rhythm of life that follows a school year calendar with our other programs. Becoming a part of the Ridgeview family is a perfect compliment to any family, singles, retirees, or college students. There's something for everyone...any time of the year!
Worship
Our Celebration Worship Services are every Sunday morning, all year long at 9:00 & 10:30.
Barbeque
A great place to meet people and catch up with old friends is at our monthly barbeque offered on the first Sunday of each month right after the 10:30am Celebration Worship. All are welcome and it's FREE!
Life Groups and Studies
There are many opportunities for men, women, couples, teens and kids to join a life group or delve into a Bible Study or attend a class every week during the months September through June. Ridgeview groups and studies take a break during the summer months. Our Ridgeview 101 class (learning about the church) runs in sessions throughout the year.
Christmas & Easter
During the Christmas and Easter seasons The Ridgeview Drama and Musical Troupe present riveting and truly amazing productions. In the Christmas season, we offer a caroling presentation; and in the Lenten/Easter season, our "Living Last Supper" production is a must see. If you have a child who likes the stage, he or she will enjoy acting, singing, or behind the scenes in these dramatic productions.
Baptisms
Baptisms take place periodically September through June and usually at the home of a Ridgeview member. All people, young and old are welcome to be baptized (even if you did it when you were an infant). It is a wonderful festive time to share your love of Christ over a luncheon potluck with friends. | Summer Camp Outs
Every Summer, both high school and middle school groups go on summer adventures to such locations as Mammouth Lakes and well known Christian camps. Away from the fast pace of life, they can cut-loose, refocus and reset their hearts to God. Parents and qualified adults are welcome to come along leading a hike or Bible study.
Missions
Our missionary team travels to Malawi Africa every summer in keeping with our commitment to come alongside a community in need of basic farming skills, the Word of God, a caring smile and renewed friendships.
Summer Day Camp
The only one of its kind in Valley Center, Ridgeview Church offers a curriculum-based program all summer 9am to 3pm Monday-Friday for kids entering Kindergarten through Sixth grades. Every week there's a different theme such as water-play, science fun, travel the world, and more; including field trips to local sites. It's a great place for your children if you are a working parent or not. Each grade is facilitated by a qualified teacher and camp counselors.
Vacation Bible School
VBS runs for 1 week every summer from 9am to Noon and is offered to all kids 3 years to 6th grade. 7th grade to adults are welcome to join in the fun and festivities of this famously fun activity.
