The State is trying to bring awareness to a law update that addresses bike riding and they have put together this brochure.
It’s very informative and may just take the place of an actual brief, as it addresses most of the topical information I was going to bring up anyway. The brochure is also available at: www.nh.gov/dot/nhbikeped/safety.htm This brochure identifies some great information about the rights and responsibilities of cyclists and motorists and how they interact.
