Services provided: Building Design services for Single Family Residential and Agricultural buildings of any size as well as other building types* ( eg. - commercial, multi-family residential, etc. ).
* Some limitations may apply in terms of ground area, height or other limitations as defined by the laws of the states in which the building is proposed to be built. Projects that exceeds these limitations requires plans and other documentations to be prepared by or under the direct supervision of a licensed architect or engineer. If your project falls into this category, I will inform you as promptly if an architect or engineer is needed. However, there are times when the Building Official may require specific plans & specifications maybe required to be prepared by & stamped by a registered architect or engineer.
