This regionalization has the effect of activating the entire geographical area of the Valley without the logistical strain upon its members. Each clan is a lower echelon of support to it’s KSA Chapter and each Chieftain works on behalf the Knight Commander and his chapter officers to support the needs of the General Secretary. welcome@ksa-va.org | CLAN OFFICERS Rappahannock Clan - (Dk Blue) Shelton Mackey, 32° - Chief Knight Joseph Schiebel, 32° - Deputy Knight Daniel Thompson, 32° - Knight Bursar Steven Sanford, KCCH - Clan Patron Tartan - United States St. Andrew Metro - Fredericksburg Area Piedmont Clan - (Dk Green) Willem Hacken, 32° - Chief Knight Harvey Fleshman, 32° - Deputy Knight David A.
