Broadway Chicken
5 - 8 Chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
2 cups crushed Ritz Crackers
1 1/2 Sticks of margarine or butter
* Cook the chicken (boil) & cut into small pieces.
Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 in. dish
Heat soup and sour cream until it bubbles.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle the cracker crumbs on top.
Melt butter + pour over the whole dish.
Bake at 350 F for 40 mins.

Ingredient
Salmon Can ( Skinless Boneless ) 2 can
Cracker 1 cup ( ทุบหรือป่นให้ละเอียด )
eggs beaten 1 large or 2 small eggs
Mayonnase 1/4 cup
Worcestershire 1 tablespoon
dry mustard or regular 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
pepper 1/4 tablespoon
Can use 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
Vegetable Oil For Fired
corn meal 1/2 Cup
วิธีทำ
ผสมส่วนผสมทั้งหมด ยกเว้นน้ำมันพืช และ Corn Meal
แบ่งเป็นสี่ส่วน และปั้นเป็นก้อนอย่างในภาพ สี่ก้อน
ปั้นเสร็จ น้ำไปคลุกกับ Corn Meal ก่อนทอด
ทอดด้านละประมาณ 3 นาที หรือจนสีเหลืองสวย
ซับน้ำมันก่อนนะ จะได้ไม่อ้วน
เสิร์ฟได้แล้วจ้า วันนี้กินกับ Mash Potato, Cream Corn, Ketchup
